I have a strong consulting background having worked 10 years with major groups in Saudi Arabia as internal management consultant expert. Seven years with International Building Systems, a Nesma Group Company, and three years with SBG Architectural & Building Construction, a Saudi Binladin Group Company.

I worked closely with Bashar for several years, as a business partner both in our consulting firm F.A.I. and in our Real Estate Development company based in Miami Beach, between 1992 and 1997. Bashar is a highly trained professional with great organizational and negotiating skills, and with a sharp business acumen. Among other deals, together we purchased a distressed oceanfront property in the early 90’s in the re-surging South Beach waterfront, and we re-positioned and sold it to develop the Shoreclub Hotel. In Italy we acted as consultants for developers, helping them to maximize their investments. Bashar intuition and dedication were key for the success of our customers’ ventures. In addition, his integrity and honesty are second to none. He has business experience in the U.S., Europe and Middle East/Gulf Area.
